As a family lawyer, you will

• Join the firm’s family team at their Birchington office on a hybrid working basis

• Undertake a caseload of matrimonial matters including pre- and post-nuptial agreements, divorce and dissolution, small to high-net-worth financial remedy matters, separation, property and financial matters involving unmarried couples, cohabitation agreements; private law children matters and domestic abuse matters

• Always look for the best possible outcome in each unique case

• A willingness to undertake publicly funded work

• Be fully supportive to your clients and create confident relationships built on trust

 

You will be a family solicitor with;

• A strong NQ lawyer - 3 years PQE in family law

• A genuine, caring, and supportive character

• Exceptional relationship management skills
