LEGAL SECRETARY & RECEPTIONIST VACANCY

We are looking for a professional legal secretary to support our fee-earners and assist in covering our reception area.

 

In this role, you will be required to welcome clients and answer calls, typing,  prepare court bundles and court document filing, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and diarising court hearings and other meetings. You will also be required to assist with filing and administration.

To ensure success as a legal secretary, you should exhibit excellent communication skills and competency in general office administration as well as familiarity with legal terminology. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a typing speed of 45 wpm or above with high accuracy would be very advantageous.
